– This number is transferred to our office staff after hours.

– Emergency services incur a $200 emergency fee in addition to our standard service charges.

– For example, a minor service call that typically costs $145 would be $345 for emergency after-hours service.

– When you call our emergency line, our office staff will assess the situation.

– We’ll check for available technicians and provide an estimated arrival time.

– We’ll call you back to confirm if the timeframe is acceptable.

– If immediate arrival isn’t possible, a technician may call to guide you through temporary measures (e.g., shutting off water for a broken line).

– We’ll provide an estimated arrival time and keep you informed of any changes.

– We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing and HVAC services, including holidays.

– Our services are available based on technician availability.

– We serve all of Cochise County for emergency services.

– Additional trip fees apply for areas outside Sierra Vista and Hereford, varying by distance.

– We handle all types of plumbing and HVAC emergencies.

– Our emergency services cover any of our normal service offerings.

– All our work, including emergency repairs, is warrantied for one year after installation.

– Exceptions: We don’t warranty customer-supplied parts or guarantee against future drain stoppages.
