My main bathroom and master bedroom had water flooding them so I called Struese and they responded within an hour. Nathaniel, David and Ryan were professional and personable. They located the leak and even though it was a slab leak they managed to reroute the pipes to stop the leak for the time being. We still have lots of work to be done to finish repairs but I’m impressed with this company so far.

Top notch service. Been dealing with issues from this septic system for years. Lots of differnt plumbers, Lots of guessing, Lots of money. Stuse came out. Troubleshot the system with his state of the art equipment and we were able to make the neccessary repairs without digging up the whole system. True professionals!!! Today I experienced a plumbing emergency. The irrigation pipe outside had broken with water flooding outside my kitchen and Arizona Room wall. I was able to shut off the water inside the house but couldn’t turn off the main water valve. When I called Julie in a state of crisis, she was empathetic and calm. Besides the heater using less than a quarter of the space my old water heater used, it has cut my gas bill in half. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Julie and she was very friendly and managed to squeeze me into their packed schedule. We bought a HUD foreclosure home, old. The pipes were still copper. Struse not only came out and fixed everything, 3 sinks, replaced a lot of pipes.
